Blue angel pgs185-190
I believe this scene is important to the story because Swenson could be foreshadowing something from what he’s thinking or he could just be over worrying. From this scene the story can take different turns and surprise a reader.
From what we just read in class, I think Swenson is trying to figure out why Angela is being so cold to him. He wonders what happened to the girl who said he was her savior and now he’s looking at a girl who’s being so rude to him. Since he had sex with her, I think he’s figuring out that she’s going to stop chasing him or she’s just using him. I think he wants to talk about what’s going to happen with them now that they’ve had sex, but since she’s not showing interest, he has no one to turn to.

In this scence I think swedson seem little bit confuse by Angela's emotions abouth there situation with having sex with her like does she feel some way abouth it or not and he's even questioning himself is she just using him to get her novel out there in the world or really had some type crush on him .
Importance of the scene
this scene is important because Swenson is starting to question everything. He’s beginning to realize that Angela might just be using him, although he’s still a bit oblivious. Swenson is also starting to feel guilt and scared. He knows that he’s the one that will lose everything if his relationship gets found out. He questions everything about there relationship and whether or not anything Angela has told him is true. Although he’s starting to realize he’s still holding on to Angela.
The scene is about swenson trying to figure or what is going on in his life. He is having doubts about what he has done with Angela. It almost feels like that he is going backwards in their relationship. Even though it is between them is weird, it is sad for him. He is feeling like he was just being used

In this scene Swenson continues to go back and forth regarding Angela being attracted to him or just using him for the novel. He seems to be leaning towards being used. He doesn’t understand why she acts like it never happened but why it did? He’s trying to read in between the lines. But is so focused on being attracted to her!
