Class Discussion on Blue Angel Dialogue

In this scene, through the dialogue we get bits and pieces of Angela’s life through her parents. Swenson observes Angela’s parents and thinks/asks a variety of questions to make connections to Angela’s novel: “Eggs.” In the earlier chapters, Swenson was going crazy trying to understand whether Angela’s novel was a story about his life or life. In her novel there were details about a doctor, a moody wife and teacher-student affair  that made Swenson suspicious of whether Angela was writing a fictional story.
