Class discussion
It’s really interesting how Angela seems to ignore the gestures Swanson is making to her. As we were reading along I remembered the scene where Angelas mother told Swanson about the phone calls she didn’t answer from boy & at that moment we were just reading about the same thing I had thought about LOL. In my opinion I think Angela is only using Swanson to publish her work but she is doing a great job at still making him think that she’s into him once she starts asking why didnt he call her. It kinda made her look needy for him when in reality she was mad that he did not call so she wouldn’t answer the phone.

I agree that Angela is for sure using Prof. Swanson to get her work published. Angela is out of Prof. Swanson league and he doesn't realized that because of her attractive she is. The class is going to find out about the nasty inappropriate encounter.
