In Class Scene Discussion

The scene that was just watched was the beginning of the down fall of the professor. The first sparks that were had between the professor and Lola, the woman who's relationship with him ruined his live, were made here. An interesting moment was when the sad clown holding flowers walked by in front of them, without saying any lines. The clown served as foreshadowing for the professor. This is true not only in a way where he took his job, but in a way how the professor feels about himself. He the relationship with Lola reduced him into a clown not only in a literal sense but in a metaphorical one as well.
